Our organization's partnership with Strategic Disruption Consulting has been incredible and extremely rewarding. The compassionate coaching, grace filled facilitation, and invaluable guidance has been a pivotal part of the internal work that we have accomplished this year. During a time of leadership transition, Danielle and her team guided us through the development of a Theory of Change that will assist us in moving into the next chapter of our work as an organization. It has been a true blessing to work with them.

Having been in the community building/advocacy/nonprofit space for over 30 years, I have often felt that bringing folks together to move forward for meaningful change can be like herding cats, in other words, almost impossible. The facilitators at Strategic Disruption Consulting are expert cat herders. After working with them, I feel a new sense of collective forward movement that is exciting!
