Used All Trade for extensive works, including roof and tanking of the property. Although works took longer than expected they were carried out to a very very good standard. The workers were very friendly and would keep us updated as to when they would be at our property. When our wall was graffitied two of the workers came to remove/recover the area at the end of their working day which was much appreciated. We did feel that communication from the office regarding when the workers would be at our property could have been better as there were times we only knew from the workers themselves when they would be here. That being said there would be no hesitation in using the company again as we were very pleased with the work and friendliness of the workers. Please ignore the star above.

The team from All Trade Property Services Ltd did a fantastic job in removing my old shower tray, tiles and surrounding area, sorting out some drainage issues and then fitting a brand new shower tray and surrounds. They were punctual, polite, friendly and thoroughly professional. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and I have already asked them to quote me for another job at my house. I would highly recommend All Trade Property Services Ltd for a variety of property maintenance jobs.

We used All Trade for some structural repairs. Scott was the main man who came and did the work. He was clearly very skilled and knew his trade inside out. He was also very polite, courteous, considerate and an all-round really nice guy. We’ve been really happy with the service “All Trade” provided and would definitely use them again and would definitely recommend them.

Building projects are stressful experiences in my experience but the last two we have done have both been with All Trade and Gareth and his team have provided excellent service. Their workers have been technically excellent but also thoughtful in the way they work. We changed our mind about a particular design point in the plans half-way through the works but the team managed to accommodate the change with no eye-rolling and good cheer. They delivered what we agreed in the time frame they promised (the week before Christmas!) and we are very happy with our new kitchen. Thanks

All Trade have provided us with a fantastic service when quoting for & then carrying out extensive works for us at a 4-storey Victorian terraced building in Redland, Bristol (comprising rear render repairs & painting, & roof, dormer, guttering, window & chimney repairs - approx. 4 weeks of work). They worked with us on specific access requirements, were very responsive before & during works, & whenever we raised a snag it was dealt with brilliantly. When we felt let down by the timing issues presented by 3rd party scaffolders, All Trade acknowledged this. Our final bill was reduced slightly after we raised that issue, & some small extra pieces of work were done gratis. The All Trade team, of Gareth, Charlotte & Rich, plus the tradespeople used, were great to work with - project / site manager Rich, especially, was so helpful, responsive & pragmatic & we really appreciate all he & the team on-site did. The result is a very high quality piece of work on the building that very much meets our expectations. All in all, we would definitely recommend All Trade. We have also used them extensively in the past & hope to use them again in future. Thank you, All Trade!

Clunky old Google won’t let me give 4.5, so I’m being generous and rounding up to 5. No one can be perfect. Still, All Trade did have a go at being perfect. The work quoted was bitty and turned out to reveal hidden problems. The quoter intelligently interpreted my requirements and the reality of the site, and found an early gap in the company schedule to get going. I asked for some extra work to proceed without a quote, and was justified by a reasonable response. Other pre-quoted variations were also reasonable. Quality of work matched the quote. My only niggle might be on keeping the property clean. I did nip in with vacuum and broom on one weekend (property buyer about to visit) but subsequently All Trade did a cleanup without being asked, so no complaint. Would I use them again ? I’ve asked them to quote for some larger works, so yes, I would use them again.

All Trade did a job at Cairns Road Baptist Church - wall remediation work. They were a pleasure to deal with - comprehensive, competent, efficient. Everyone who had contact with them was very impressed.

New sun room. I received an extensive quote which covered everything and more. The lads were lovely and friendly, unfortunately the weather was against them, which delayed things. A number of things went wrong but not All trades fault. Two windows arrived damaged and a door. Which in turn delayed the completion. The sun room is better than we ever imagined and we love sitting in there on a daily basis I agree with a previous review, the lads weren't the tidiest.
