We bought an outdoor light from this shop in October last year. It started to flicker this month and so our electrician advised that we should take it back as it normally has a year’s warranty, so we did. The owner is really helpful and has a very good customer service. The light I ended up choosing was £10 more than the one I bought but he didn’t take the difference and even threw in a light bulb which has a five year warranty for free. Thank you very much. I highly recommend this store, it’s very well stocked and you get good advice as well.

We went to this shop in Braintree. We were welcomed by a very friendly man who put out a ramp to facilitate getting my husband in the shop as he is in a wheelchair. Well stocked, good selection and good advice. I had seen a particular light on the Internet but was not 100% sure it would suit the room. He said he coul order it and I was under no obligation. He also offered to deliver it. The light was duly delivered yesterday, he put it together and offered it up to the ceiling. Nothing was too much trouble. The light is beautiful, I love it. Exce customer service, a very rare thing these days. He will get all my future business and I strongly recommend him to anyone .

This is the place for your local expert who has everything you need. David took care of our refurb 15 years ago and was still able to give his expertise today in the same way. A business that has been around for 50 years. He can take you from basic Screwfix level to luxury bespoke; from light switch to new build. We wish them well.

This was a truly superb shopping and service experience - for a relatively small shop the selection of lights was fantastic and I ended up purchasing for far more rooms than intended - Dave (The owner) could not of been more helpful and deliveredthe lights personally - this was along with sorting out a wonderful electric fitter (Mario) who was also super - Highly reccomend this shop and is my go-to now for lighting - Thank you Dave and your lovely wife - Caroline x

Extremely helpfull. Service fantastic.even carried goods outto car even though understaffed at time . Delivery was offered although not taken.Brilliant , keep up the good work.
